Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and other communications. Respond quickly to new leads and consistently follow up with existing opportunities. Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Develop new business through leads, referrals, relationship building, and proactive outreach. Help customers understand available Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance options. Identify opportunities to better protect customers and their households through multiple lines of insurance. Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and customer records. Consistently work toward daily activity goals and monthly production goals. Participate in coaching, sales training, role-play, and professional development. Work collaboratively with the agency team while taking personal ownership of individual results. What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Paid licensing support is provided. Compensation $36,000 annual base salary plus performance-based commission. Commission eligibility begins after established monthly production requirements are met, with additional earning potential for strong performance.
