Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, assess, and address mental health and psychosocial issues among patients.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment recommendations to share with the primary care team.

• Deliver brief, focused interventions to patients requiring immediate mental health support, ensuring timely and effective care.

• Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.

• Assist in the identification of patients at risk of worsening conditions and develop preventive strategies to promote sustained mental health.

• Document patient interactions comprehensively within the treatment chart to maintain accurate records and facilitate ongoing care.

• Engage patients in discussions about lifestyle modifications and self-management strategies that align with their treatment goals.

• Provide consultation and support to other team members regarding behavioral health services, ensuring collaborative care excellence.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
