A company is looking for a Junior Loan Processor. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver Initial and Changed Circumstance Disclosures in compliance with TRID requirements Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with mortgage lending regulations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient loan processing Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required 2+ years of residential mortgage experience preferred Experience with mortgage disclosures and compliance with relevant regulations Experience with Encompass and DU/LP findings preferred Understanding of mortgage loan documents and processing workflows
