Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Faith Works Counseling Solutions, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clinicians are trained to tailor their approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive empathetic and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of experience in clinical practice, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic services to clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
