What You'll Do

• Start and manage IV therapies safely and effectively
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatments
• Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and self-care
• Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care plans
• Document accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Float to lower acuity units as needed, maintaining flexibility
• Follow hospital policies and uphold patient safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
• BCLS and IV certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills

Preferred:

• EPIC EMR experience
• Travel nursing experience
