Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Calibrator/Customer Service representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing client interactions, warehouse and ensuring the accuracy of calibration services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual if possible, and have experience in customer service roles. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical calibration meets client-focused service delivery.

Duties

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring professional phone etiquette and excellent customer support
• Drive sales through excellent customer service
• Must have a clean driving record to make deliveries in company vehicle
• Conduct calibration procedures accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and precision
• Manage client data entry with attention to detail using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Handle outbound calling to follow up with clients, schedule appointments, or provide updates on calibration status
• Support sales efforts by providing product information and assisting with client inquiries
• Maintain thorough documentation of calibration activities and customer interactions
• Provide ongoing client services to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Perform cash handling duties when necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions
• Analyze customer feedback and calibration data to identify areas for process improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support, or client services roles; previous sales experience is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• We are a Drug Free Workplace. Must be willing to submit random drug tests
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing skills
• Experience with outbound calling and customer follow-up activities
• Strong analysis skills to interpret calibration data and customer feedback effectively
• Previous experience in customer service role is required
