Join Our Pediatric Speech-Therapy Office Team

We are seeking an Administrative Associate to support pediatric speech therapy operations.

This role ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative workflow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining physician contact database.
• Organizing and processing referrals and authorizations.
• Sending and receiving documents via fax/email.
• Communicating with medical offices to obtain updates.
• Providing timely status updates to supervisors.
• Independently managing assigned administrative tasks.

Daily workflow expectations include:

• Monitoring email, fax, and task systems daily.
• Tracking pending referrals, authorizations, and documentation.
• Providing updates throughout the day.
• Maintaining accurate patient tracking systems.

Position requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Strong organization and accountability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Professional communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Comfort with web-based systems and technology.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
