The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ETL mapping, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts, along with expertise in SQL. As an ETL Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ETL processes, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of data solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ETL processesTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and ETL mappingsWork closely with development teams to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of ETL processesPerform data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and integrityCreate and maintain documentation related to ETL mappings, data models, and data dictionariesConduct testing and validation of ETL processes to ensure accuracy and completenessProvide support and troubleshooting assistance for ETL-related issuesStay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data warehousing and ETLRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst in ETL projects, with a strong understanding of ETL mapping, data mapping, and data warehousing conceptsProficiency in SQL for data analysis and queryingExperience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
