You work to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, keep our financials up to date, and ensure a happy and efficient staff. A natural leader, you help to recruit, train, and manage team members, equipping them with the skills to provide above-and-beyond service. You lead by example as you warmly and efficiently provide hospitality to each guest.Highly organized, you assign work, appraise employee performance, complete work forecasting, reward team members, and resolve issues. You are sure to always be available to respond to the needs of our hotel.
