Brand Marketing Coordinator

Well Labs+ Medspa is a growing network of premier medical aesthetic and wellness practices focused on delivering elevated, science-backed care across 35+ locations nationwide. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our in‑house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and an organized, proactive approach to execution. You'll get hands‑on exposure across every pillar of a modern marketing program: creative, brand, paid media, CRM, and local activations, all within a collaborative and cross‑functional team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and Performance Marketing Manager to support creative production, campaign coordination, and marketing operations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Graphic Design & Creative Design on‑brand social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, print collateral, and promotional materials Support seasonal campaign creative across sales events, product launches, and brand moments Create and update marketing collateral including service menus, membership materials, signage, and in‑office promotional pieces Coordinate local photo and video shoots Bring fresh ideas to the table, we want someone who's excited to dig into trends in beauty, wellness, and aesthetics Marketing Coordination Help manage monthly social media content calendars and campaign timelines Support email marketing campaigns, including layout formatting and scheduling in our CRM Coordinate collateral and creative requests from multi‑location teams and track project timelines Assist with influencer and partnership outreach logistics Pull and format performance reports (Meta, Google, CRM) for team review Assist with local partnership outreach, event logistics, and in‑office promotional activations Administrative & Cross‑Team Support Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and shared marketing folders Assist with updating website content in WordPress or similar CMS Support new location onboarding marketing tasks as the brand continues to grow Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, printers, and external partners as needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or design role (internships count) Proficiency in Canva Pro or similar design platform Strong eye for aesthetics with a clean, elevated design sensibility Clear and professional written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail Preferred Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp) Experience with Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools Basic understanding of Google Ads or paid social a plus Experience with WordPress or similar CMS Background or genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, or the medspa/beauty industry WHAT WE OFFER Competitive entry‑level salary commensurate with experience: $65,000 - $75,000 Discounted medspa treatments for employees Collaborative, growth‑oriented team culture Opportunity to grow with a scaling brand across 30+ and growing locations Hands‑on exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines — paid, organic, creative, and CRM #J-18808-Ljbffr Well Labs +
