Senior Sales Manager

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Sales Manager will oversee approximately 5-7 Commercial Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives, focusing on acquiring new customers and driving predictable revenue growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent while providing consistent coaching and individualized growth plans Own team bookings, quota attainment, and pipeline health, leading weekly forecast reviews and improving sales productivity Collaborate cross-functionally to execute scalable go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experiences Required qualifications 5+ years of people leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales teams in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment Proven track record of leading teams to achieve or exceed revenue and pipeline objectives Experience managing Commercial, SMB, or Mid-Market sales organizations Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging CRM data and sales metrics for business decisions Executive presence with experience engaging with VP- and Director-level customer stakeholders
