Senior Sales Manager – Summit Smiles Location: Bridgewater, VA

Summit Smiles is seeking a high-performing, driven Senior Sales Manager to lead treatment consultations and play a key role in our patients’ oral health journeys. We are a growing, respected dental office in Bridgewater, Virginia, committed to providing exceptional care—and we need a results-focused sales professional ready to make a difference.

Your Role at Summit Smiles:

• Lead consultations for high-value procedures (implants, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth restorations)
  
   
• Present treatment plans and financing options in a clear, persuasive way
  
   
• Build strong patient relationships to drive case acceptance
  
   
• Collaborate with our doctors and team to exceed monthly sales goals
  
   
• Maintain a robust pipeline with consistent follow-up and patient engagement
  
   

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years in dental sales REQUIRED (treatment plan or dental product/service sales)
  
   
• Proven track record as a strong closer
  
   
• Exceptional communication skills, especially simplifying clinical info for patients
  
   
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and commission-driven
  
   
• Experience with dental software, CRMs, and third-party financing tools is a plus

Requirements

Education and Training

• 3+ years of dental business office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Knowledge of dental office procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt
