Senior Sales Manager

Leading a regional team of Veterinary Software Consultants, the full-time Senior Sales Manager will own pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and team performance while driving revenue growth within independent and specialty veterinary practices remotely. Key responsibilities Manage pipeline coverage, stage progression, and forecast accuracy while identifying and closing pipeline gaps Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews to ensure consistent team execution Coach the team through structured call reviews and drive the adoption of a structured discovery curriculum Required qualifications 7+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas 3+ years of front-line sales management experience with accountability for pipeline and team quota Strong fluency in at least one structured sales methodology and experience driving its adoption Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline reporting and performance analytics Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; direct experience in veterinary software preferred
