Engagement Manager

We are looking for an AI Engagement Manager who is passionate about client success. You will act as the primary advisor for our clients, ensuring that AI implementations are not just technical successes, but strategic business wins. Your Responsibilities Own the client relationship from post-sale through full implementation and growth. Translate business requirements into actionable project plans for the technical team. Track and report on AI implementation ROI and key performance indicators. Conduct workshops and training to drive AI adoption within client organizations. Who We Are Looking For Experience in project management or account management in a SaaS or AI environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A solid understanding of AI trends and how they solve business problems. Native or professional-level English with a client-first mentality. Why Join Us?
