CNC Operator (G-Code Programming Knowledge Required)Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC shot peening machinesAbility to read and understand G-code programsPerform first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are metMonitor machine performanceMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Operator with G-code programming capabilityStrong understanding of machining processes and toolingAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsFamiliarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbs as neededPerform repetitive tasks and safely operate machineryWork Schedule:This position will train on first, but ultimately be a second shift positionSecond shift hours are Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-2:00amOptional Weekend shift Friday Saturday Sunday 5am-5pmFlexibility to work second shift, overtime, or weekends as required
