Environmental Planning Intern - Fall 2026

Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Environmental Planning Intern to join our Tampa, FL office. Your Role Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, planning memos, and client deliverables. Visit project sites and gather data. Analyze social, cultural, physical and environmental impact of projects. Provide written and graphic input for technical memos, feasibility studies, environmental reports and project status reports. Coordinate graphic exhibit preparation and/or other portions of a planning project. Coordinate technical work requirements with internal disciplines. Provide support at public meetings. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project tasks, both independently and in group settings. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and industry best practices. Perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. About You No experience is generally required if accepted into a Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field. Must have completed 30 hours towards a Planning degree from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Fall 2026). Special skills: N/A. Professional registrations: N/A.
