Plaintiff Litigation Attorney

Job Description Hiring for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL. This is an established, very collaborative plaintiffs' injury law firm looking to add to itslitigation and trial team. Responsibilities include: Manage the litigation cycle of the firm's more complex personal injury matters Develop litigation strategy and manage case development through trial Draft and argue complex motions, lead mediations, and handle all case advocacy Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and medical experts Manage discovery, legal research, and ongoing medical treatment monitoring Collaborate with Litigation support staff and litigation team associates. Requirements for this role: Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have personal injury litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side Experience in motions practice, depositions, mediation, and case development through trial readiness Strong legal writing abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a high degree of courtroom readiness Well-versed in reviewing medical records, handling complex medical bills, and understanding treatment timelines as they relate to case value.
