Responsibilities
- Aid physicians in diagnosing and treating heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders by conducting invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular and pulmonary tests
- Operate x-ray and physiological equipment to support diagnostic imaging and procedures
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as part of the patient care team
- Maintain imaging equipment, quality control processes, and documentation of test results
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during imaging and procedures, ensuring accurate positioning and technique
- Collaborate with technologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely reporting of findings

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license or certification as required in California (or eligible for licensure)
- Certification in radiography (ARRT) or equivalent required or as mandated by state and facility
- Relevant experience in diagnostic radiography; cardiovascular/pulmonary imaging experience preferred
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- Ability to work in a hospital setting with basic patient care standards
- Willingness to work a varied shift schedule as assigned
