Store Manager: Lead Sales & Team Growth

Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Manager in Baton Rouge to lead store operations, deliver best-in-class service, and grow the brand with a distinctive world of adult beverages and more. You will drive sales, recruit and train staff, oversee payroll, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 5+ years of managerial retail experience, with proven ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr
