Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of pest control services. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pest control technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. Client Relations: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure effective pest management practices and compliance with industry regulations. Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Training and Development: Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and develop career paths for team members to enhance skills and promote career growth within the organization.
