This position is part time Wednesday-Friday 8am to 4pm

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-5 years of reception, general office, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Goals:
To provide a friendly greeting and route visitors, both in person and on the phone, of Maury Couty
Public Schools system.
To oversee the school volunteer and coaching applicants onboarding process for all Maury County
Public Schools.

Job Duties:
• Greet MCPS visitors
o Buzz visitors into the Central Office
o Ensure visitors sign in/out
o Use of the Raptor system
• Answer the phone
o Direct all calls to the correct party/department
o Answer questions professional
• Process the volunteer, volunteer coaching, and coaching applications for the all MCPS schools
• Sort mail daily
• Other duties as assigned
