What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, including trauma, CTS, and neuro cases
• Monitor patient vitals and responses, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records
• Float to Stepdown/PCU units as needed, maintaining high standards of care
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure patient safety throughout your shift

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSSEMR certifications
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience, preferably in trauma centers
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with CTS and neuro patients
• Experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers
