Key Responsibilities Warmly greet clients and visitors, offering a professional, welcoming experience Escort clients to meeting rooms and assist with hospitality needs Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy Manage a busy office calendar and assist with scheduling needs Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly Maintain office appearance, order supplies, and manage inventory (including kitchen and meeting supplies) Provide light administrative support to escrow teams as needed Qualifications Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Prior office, administrative, or title industry experience a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr National Title Group
