About The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, articulate, and compassionate Legal Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and lead initial client reception. In this role, you will serve as the professional face and voice of our practicegreeting guests in person, fielding inbound calls, gathering essential initial case details, and scheduling prospective client consultations.
The successful candidate thrives in a highly structured environment, possesses a warm and engaging speaking voice, professionalism, and consistently delivers a white-glove customer service experience.
