Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to support varied client presentations.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, and families, providing essential support during their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines, to ensure compliance and safeguard client information.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, bolstered by performance bonuses and incentives.
