Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, during individual and group sessions.

• Assist clients in developing vital coping, communication, and problem-solving skills through tailored interactive strategies.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating a safe community space where clients can learn, share, and grow together.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate mental health emergencies, ensuring swift and compassionate support.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance within our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid independent licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Proficient interpersonal skills, advanced computer literacy, and a commitment to continuing education in mental health practices.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and competency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience providing individual and group therapy in a digitally delivered format, as well as a strong understanding of diverse cultural contexts that enhance client engagement and outcomes. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance along with weekly direct deposit payroll.
