Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health symptoms and needs during initial evaluations.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, employing techniques that promote coping skills, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress, treatment plans, and relevant clinical notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Offer referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary, such as psychiatrists for medication management, to support clients' holistic wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, using culturally competent approaches to therapy that honor each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Minimum of four years of professional experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment models, and cultural competency in therapy.

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing inclusive and culturally responsive methods.

• Exceptional crisis management skills, maintaining poise in stressful or challenging clinical situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

• Proficient in EHR systems and comfortable navigating digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
