• Perform hospital-based procedures including abdominal sacrocolpopexy, aquablation, circumcision, and ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy
  
• Supervise and collaborate with NPs, MAs, and clinical staff
  
• Manage patient volume of 15-20 patients per day in office and 4-8 procedures per day in hospital
