Project Manager - Mission-Critical Construction About the Company A well-established, rapidly growing self-perform GC with a national presence is seeking a Project Manager to join its mission-critical team. The company provides a broad range of construction supporting major contractors and clients across mission-critical, commercial, residential, and healthcare projects. Its services span general requirements, equipment, supply, concrete, special projects, and site-access solutions. About the Role The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, estimating, procurement, subcontractors, field teams, documentation, safety, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from planning through completion Manage budgets, forecasting, estimating, and change orders Develop schedules, labor plans, and resource strategies Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance Resolve constructability issues and project challenges Conduct project meetings, site visits, and status reporting Travel to regional jobsites as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong construction project management and estimating experience Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, takeoff software, and related tools preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Metric DCX
