Per l’ampliamento del nostro organico interno stiamo ricercando un PROJECT MANAGER. La Risorsa Sarà Inserita In Un Team Di Lavoro Dedicato a Grandi Progetti Nel Settore Residenziale, Ed Avrà Le Seguenti Responsabilità Gestione, supervisione e programmazione dei lavori sul cantiere Cost controlling e monitoraggio tempistiche Assicurazione qualità e sicurezza sui cantieri di propria gestione Gestione e supervisione della manodopera anche in subappalto Confronto continuo e sinergico con le diverse funzioni aziendali (Ufficio acquisti, ufficio sicurezza, amministrazione, ecc ecc) Requisiti Pregressa esperienza preferibilmente in ambito residenziali su cantieri e progetti di grandi dimensioni Preferibile laurea ad indirizzo architettura od ingegneria Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche di cantiere Ottima capacità di problem solving Ottime doti comunicative e di lavoro in team Passione, affidabilità e professionalità La retribuzione ed il livello di inserimento verranno valutate in base alla reale esperienza del candidato. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo Pieno.
