Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to hit targets
Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
Deliver results across sales, profit, and team performance

What You Bring

2+ years of restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction
Solid understanding of P&L, labor, and cost control
Flexibility to work varied shifts (24/7 operation)

Education

Required

High School or better.
