Accounts Payable Specialist – Manufacturing

** Pay: ** $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience

An established manufacturing company in Ontario, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on Accounts Payable experience is required
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents, and three-way matching
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and lookups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving records
• Resolve pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with payment processing and month-end closing
• Maintain accurate AP records
