Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud) project in Dearborn, MI below is the detailed requirement. Job positing Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud) Location: Dearborn, MI Required Skills : Salesforce Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud Bachelor’s degree in related field 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise CRM and digital marketing platforms. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud. Strong understanding of automotive retail business processes, customer lifecycle, dealer ecosystems, and marketing operations. Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), personalization, analytics, and omnichannel marketing.
