Patient Services Lead — Front Desk & Scheduling
Fenway Health
Fenway Health is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Services position to provide excellent customer service, handle patient registration, scheduling, and cash handling. The role includes duties such as opening/closing the receptionist station, answering calls, and guiding patients to the correct waiting areas. The incumbent will balance daily cash, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain patient confidentiality.
