Schedule (1st Shift):
- Monday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lennox, SD. This role is responsible for operating and supporting a steel coil processing line while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and support the steel coil processing line
- Load, stage, and move steel coils and finished materials safely
- Set up equipment according to work orders and specifications
- Monitor production for quality, safety, and efficiency
- Inspect materials for defects and accuracy
- Follow Manufacturing Orders (MOs), blueprints, and work instructions
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience required (shear press experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
