About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the executive team, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, culture, operations, compensation, and compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR practices align with the organization's mission and values, fostering a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The VP, HR will also be instrumental in guiding the adoption of AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance the HR function while maintaining a human-centered approach. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, culture and engagement championing, talent management, and HR operations oversight. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in HR, with experience in all aspects of the function, including leading technology-enabled HR transformation. They should be adept at leading change management and organizational development, with a proven track record in talent development and succession planning. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, a human-centered approach, and a commitment to the mission and values of the organization. The candidate should be a skilled leader of people, with a focus on building a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven culture. A strong background in strategic and operational HR, as well as a deep understanding of the diverse needs of a complex workforce, is essential.
