Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Proficient assessment and intervention skills for articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic/social communication
• Excellent rapport-building and communication abilities with children, families, and staff
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students IEPs/504 Plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy within classrooms or dedicated spaces
• Monitor student progress, write clear progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support academic and social-emotional growth
• Provide education and resources to staff and parents to reinforce therapy strategies
