Co-Founder — Enterprise AI, Agentic Search (United States)

Compensation: Founder equity. There is no cash salary at the current stage. Equity will be subject to mutually agreed terms and standard vesting.

Location: United States. Candidates may be remote but willing to relocate and work with the founding team in person.

About Axinet:

The web is organized around documents. Business decisions are organized around companies, relationships and change.

Search engines and RAG systems retrieve relevant pages. Enterprise agents need something different - a continuously maintained business world model of what companies exist, what they actually do, how they are related and what has changed.

Axinet is building that layer.

Our first product is in beta. Describe an unusual, highly specific ideal customer profile or company cohort, and Axinet finds and qualifies the matching companies, with supporting evidence.

Underneath is a multi-stage system combining large-scale web indexing, filtering, deterministic logic, machine learning and frontier LLMs.

The opportunity

Axinet’s founder and CEO has worked full-time on the company for approximately six months and built its core architecture and MVP.

Previously, he was part of the founding crew at AppLovin, where he helped build its early targeting and recommendation systems. Those systems produced measurable customer impact, including conversion improvements of up to 3x, and helped grow the company from under $1 million to more than $200 million in ARR.

He later founded Reflective AI, which deployed a computer-vision productivity system with a global construction company.

Axinet is looking for a cofounder who can materially accelerate the company through exceptional strength in one or both of these areas:

• Enterprise product and go-to-market: finding the sharpest market wedge, shaping the product with customers and winning early enterprise accounts.
• Search and data systems: building differentiated capabilities across crawling, indexing, retrieval, ranking, entity resolution and continuously maintained business knowledge.

The precise division of responsibilities will reflect the cofounder’s strongest capabilities. This is a company-building role, not a narrow functional position, and both founders will engage directly with customers.

What you will help own

• Axinet’s product, technical and company strategy.
• Direct conversations with customers and design partners.
• Selection of the initial market, workflow and product wedge.
• Development of a defensible business-world-model platform.
• Early customer acquisition and successful deployments.
• Recruiting, fundraising and building the company from the ground up.

A product or GTM-oriented cofounder should be ready to personally create pipeline, lead discovery, develop positioning and pricing, and win early customers.

A technically oriented cofounder should have exceptional depth in areas such as information retrieval, search quality, web crawling, ranking, entity resolution, knowledge systems, machine learning or large-scale data infrastructure.

Who we are looking for

You should:

• Have built something difficult from zero to production or meaningful adoption.
• Be able to demonstrate measurable technical, customer or business impact.
• Understand that superior technology matters only when it solves a valuable problem.
• Be comfortable operating without a large team, established brand or extensive resources.
• Engage directly with users rather than treating customer understanding as someone else’s responsibility.
• Value speed, execution, intellectual depth, honesty and low ego.
• Be ready to commit full-time now or have a credible path to doing so within the next few months.
• Be willing to relocate within the United States and build alongside the founding team.
