Who Is InRhythm:

InRhythm is a leading modern product consultancy and digital innovation firm with a mission to make a dent in the digital economy. Founded in 2002, InRhythm is currently engaged by Fortune 50 enterprises to bring their next generation of AI-powered digital products and platforms to market. InRhythm has helped hundreds of teams launch mission-critical products that have created a positive impact worth billions of dollars.

InRhythm’s unique capabilities of AI Innovation and Intelligent Platform Modernization services are the most sought-after. The InRhythm team of A+ thought leaders don’t just “get an assignment” they join the company to do what they love. It’s that passion that has helped us grow rapidly and consistently deliver on our commitment to helping clients develop better, faster, and in rhythm.

What We Do At InRhythm:

We bring enterprises' most urgent, important products to market with high-velocity, high-quality, and 10x impact through Artificial Intelligence. We enable innovative cultures by coaching teams with the right mix and maturity of modern LLM frameworks, agentic workflows, and AI thought leadership.

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an evolving team. InRhythm clients include a broad range of highly visible and recognizable customers, including, but not limited to:

• Goldman Sachs
• Fidelity
• Morgan Stanley
• American Express

From generative AI prototypes to tier-one enterprise AI builds, our clients look to us to deliver their mission-critical projects related to AI strategy, data engineering, and LLM orchestration. The projects we work on literally change the world. They change the way we live, work, and think in a positive way.

We’re Looking For an AI Practice Director

Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for architecting intelligent, agent-driven applications and scalable AI infrastructure. As an AI Practice Director, you will be the technical face of InRhythm's Claude AI practice; on stage at Anthropic events, in the room with CIOs, and on the ground building the delivery methodology that powers our Foundry service offering. You will lead and inspire all stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and consultants alike. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Chief Architect and Head of Delivery to codify how InRhythm delivers AI at scale through the AI DLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle) methodology. You are the person we trust to walk into a client engagement without us, and win.

We work with cutting-edge technology, including Generative AI, RAG architectures, and Neural Networks, to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up. Together, we create applications and platforms that challenge the status quo through high-velocity AI engineering, helping our clients execute their modern digital roadmaps.

At InRhythm, you will:

• Serve as InRhythm's Field CTO, the senior technical voice in client conversations, executive workshops, and AI readiness assessments
• Champion and expand the Claude AI practice, including our Anthropic partnership, go-to-market motion, and pathway to becoming Anthropic's #1 enterprise partner
• Co-own and evolve the AI DLC delivery methodology, codifying how agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures are delivered at scale
• Architect LLM-integrated cloud applications on AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, working with ML Engineers and Product Managers to navigate AI-native platform strategyLead AI readiness assessments and solution architecture engagements for enterprise clients across financial services, retail, and beyond
• Define and break out AI-driven features — semantic search, autonomous agents, predictive analytics — into executable delivery plans
• Represent InRhythm at industry conferences and Anthropic events, building the brand as a thought leader in agentic AI and enterprise Claude deliveryMentor and grow a community of AI Architects, instilling best practices in Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, and MLOps
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term AI organizational strategies, roadmaps, and SOW development for pre-sales

What you bring to the table:

1. 10+ years of technology experience including AI/ML architecture, microservices-based cloud architecture (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI), and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
2. Deep expertise in Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), Fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and API design for AI services
3. Fluency with agentic AI patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and the Claude ecosystem, or ability and drive to become certified within 30 days
4. 5+ years in consulting: defining business needs, guiding enterprises through AI transformation, and owning client relationships at the executive level
5. Experience leading Discovery exercises and producing detailed AI architecture diagrams for both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders
6. Proven ability to communicate AI ROI, ethics, and risk tradeoffs with confidence to executive audiences
7. Background in Data Engineering, Python-based AI development, and MLOpsComputer Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent demonstrated depth)
8. Meets our 5 Values (GWC).

What makes you stand out from the pack:

• You have driven pre-sales, SOW development, and delivery as a Subject Matter Expert in Generative AI
• You have spoken at AI conferences and understand how to build a personal and company brand in the AI ecosystem
• You think in primitives and agents; your solutions are model-agnostic by design, so InRhythm is never locked in
• You have built or led practices; you know how to codify delivery, train others, and scale thought leadership beyond yourself
• You are as comfortable in a client whiteboard session as you are presenting the keynote at an Anthropic summit

Why Work At InRhythm:

We are at an inflection point. InRhythm has chosen to place a concentrated bet on the Claude ecosystem, and we are building the team to back that bet with world-class delivery. You will have a direct line to the Founder, Chief Architect, and Head of Delivery — and a mandate to shape how the entire company delivers AI.

This is not a role where you manage a backlog. This is a role where you define the future of AI delivery for InRhythm and its clients.
