Business AnalystThis position is a strategic partner to cloud consumers, focused on driving the adoption and optimization of a cloud cost platform. The role requires an individual who can influence stakeholders and help the organization maximize value. This is not a traditional analyst position; it sits at the intersection of FinOps, cloud optimization, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Success is defined by enabling business and technology teams to understand cloud spend, identify savings opportunities, and implement optimization strategies.Location: Tampa, Florida (Partial Remote) Alternate Location: Dallas, Jersey CityKey ResponsibilitiesDrive adoption of the company's SaaS platform for cloud cost visibility and optimization.Guide teams on identifying and acting on cloud cost-saving opportunities.Manage user engagement, change management, and process maturity.Identify and implement enhancements to improve the user experience.Build relationships across technology and business teams, helping users navigate tools and reports.Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements, creating actionable proposals to challenge the status quo.Help teams achieve an accurate view of cloud spend and identify opportunities for reduction.Expand the stakeholder network and implement proposed optimization initiatives.Required Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in FinOps or cloud financial management.Demonstrated experience driving the adoption of SaaS platforms.Expertise in cloud cost optimization.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across technology and business teams.A consultative approach focused on helping teams uncover and execute cost-saving opportunities.Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud architecture concepts.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Preferred QualificationsA background in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement.Experience working across engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams.Ability to influence without direct authority.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
