As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun03:00 AM - 11:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, trailer yard, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services. Complete daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
