Smiling from Open to Close Monday 6:30am-5pm Tuesday through Thursday 6:30am-3pm Friday 6:30am-12pm Responsibilities Treatment Plan Coordinator is responsible for greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans, working to ensure schedules meet production goals, and developing reports on production goals. The Treatment Plan Coordinator serves as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care. Skills Required to Make a Great "Impression" on Our Team Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and respond to telephone inquiries from potential patients. Assist the patient in prioritizing treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment for dental services. Case presentation and acceptance including chair‑side treatment planning. Friendly, professional, organized, work with a sense of urgency, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day. Conduct treatment plan consultations with new and existing patients to address patient concerns and answer questions regarding dental treatment plans. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care regarding appointment opportunities to patients seeking care and working to maintain full schedules and office schedule flow. Qualifications 1 year dental experience. Excel in multi‑tasking and time management. Must possess outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent customer service and organizational skills. Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred. Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs. "Brace" Yourself...
