Digital Product Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Birmingham, AL. Overview: Our client is seeking a Digital Product Analyst II to support digital product and technology initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will function similarly to a Business Systems Analyst, acting as a bridge between product and technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset who can clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define product and system requirements
Translate business needs into epics, workflows, and detailed functional requirements
Support Agile delivery teams by helping refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Serve as a liaison between product and technical teams to ensure alignment on application functionality and integrations
Assist in documenting workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Utilize Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking, documentation, and collaboration
Support applications and digital initiatives within a financial services environment
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years of overall relevant experience
Agile experience in a product, BSA, systems analyst, or technical project environment
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Understanding of APIs and system integrations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant Agile or technical certifications
AWS knowledge or cloud exposure
Development or technical project management background
Financial services, banking, or fintech experience
