Berkshire Residential is a people-first real estate investment company that values both company impact and collaborative team culture.The VP will set strategy for property business plans, guide investment decisions, and ensure execution that maximizes investment returns. This includes budget reviews and approvals, performance reporting, oversight of major capital renovations, evaluation of rent pricing strategies, and participation in acquisitions, dispositions, and property financings.Key responsibilities include leading creation and approval of Property Business Plans and investment strategies to optimize returns, owning high-level decision-making on hold/sell analysis, rent strategies, operating budgets, and capital allocations, and leveraging data to identify performance opportunities. The VP will also oversee major asset events including dispositions, refinancings, and restructurings, and work collaboratively with Portfolio Management, Accounting, Property Management, Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Legal teams.This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across the investment lifecycle for a growing West Coast portfolio of multifamily assets.
