What You Will Be Doing Lead execution of Titleist’s sales strategy across all product categories, driving regional growth and delivering on brand revenue targets. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Sales Representatives. Directly engage key market influencers, top trade partners, and management groups to strengthen relationships and expand market share. Play a critical role in launching new products, translating brand strategy into impactful market execution. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to identify opportunities and respond to market dynamics. Identify and develop future representatives, fitters, and industry professionals, fostering strong connections within the golf community. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in the golf industry, selling to and servicing both on‑ and off‑course accounts. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience guiding or developing others. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high‑profile accounts. Strong administrative, organizational, and written communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the region, including overnight travel. Valid driver’s license required and must be maintained.
