As a project manager, you would be responsible for leading, managing, and directing the field operations to deliver outstanding client experiences through effective communication and driving superior quality. Prioritize financial success by ensuring accurate job details, streamlined scheduling, and adequate resources are in place before starting any project. Lead training initiatives and support problem-solving efforts to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion Key Responsibilities Manage multiple job sites and crews, optimizing labor performance to consistently meet project budgets. Manages subcontractor relationships from contracting through scheduling and payroll. Manages the subcontractor process, including selling, scheduling, and payroll management. Completes Salesforce activities to ensure proper job management, such as but not limited to: Confirm task items, create change orders, accurately schedule, accuracy of material reports, and create billings. Collaborate alongside clients to provide sampling and color designs. Maintains close working relationships with client supervisors and project managers, ensuring good communication. Manages and directs employees through annual performance evaluations. Essential Functions Collaborate in project management meetings to ensure project objectives align with broader company goals. Support the Director of Operations in planning, developing, and executing strategies to achieve operational goals and budget targets. Collaborates with sales and estimating to ensure accuracy between pricing and project scope. Ensure comprehensive understanding and management of human resources policies to guarantee employee compliance and adherence. Maintains open, honest, and ethical relationships with all personnel to foster a creative and supportive work environment. Maintains accuracy of the company’s Customer Relationship Management database (Salesforce). Supports marketing strategy to complement the overall company’s sales goal. Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing field employees and subcontractors across multiple active projects Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on painting experience with strong knowledge of all application methods, including spray, brush, and roll Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate between field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Proven ability to track labor, material costs, and performance to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands Proficiency with basic computer systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred $70,000 – $100,000 Job Type: Full-time Health insurance Health savings account Vision Insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Referral program Compensation Package: Competitive hourly wages, commensurate with experience and skill level Schedule: 10-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No nights Experience: Residential Construction Industry: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: To Job Locations Apply below: We’re ready for you!
