Job Description Ready to Master Asset Protection? We're a boutique law firm in Boca Raton looking for a Paralegal who wants to build real expertise in asset protection, and business law. If you're detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and ready to develop deep knowledge in these specialized practice areas; this role is for you. What You Will Own Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in designing asset protection and estate planning strategies Draft legal documents, contracts, timely payments, and transactional materials with precision and accuracy Manage case files, documents, and client data to maintain clear visibility and accountability Coordinate with clients and attorneys to ensure seamless communication and timeline adherence Support attorneys in implementing customized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs Why This Role Works You’ll work in a boutique environment where your contributions are visible and valued.
