IT Specialist II

Responsibilities The Information Technology Specialist II position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hardware; providing advanced support for a wide variety of software applications; and completing helpdesk requests in a timely manner in a fast‑paced environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR three to five years of related work experience. Preferred Qualifications May require driving for job duties (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) – not a primary responsibility. Work Hours Standard office hours, with some evening and weekend work required as needed.
