Storefront Member Concierge & Customer Specialist

Flexcar

Flexcar is hiring a Customer Service Associate/Member Concierge at our Chestnut Hill Mall storefront. You will greet in-person customers, assist with vehicle pickups/returns, answer questions, and introduce visitors to the Flexcar brand to ensure a smooth, welcoming visit. The role requires 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flexcar
