Location
Sacramento, California – This is a full-time on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with an experienced legal team.
Note
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have strong commercial real estate transactional experience. Candidates with substantial in-house commercial real estate experience are encouraged to apply. Solo practice backgrounds are generally not being considered.

Job Description
- Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
- Structure and document financing transactions.
- Draft partnership, joint venture, and operating agreements.
- Perform legal due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Coordinate closings and manage transactional timelines.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to developers, investors, lenders, and commercial clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex real estate and business matters.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license.
- 4+ years of concentrated commercial real estate transactional experience strongly preferred.
- Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related transactional matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
- In-house commercial real estate experience welcomed.
